The fun is about to begin, in our florist and gift shop.

My door stocking Christmas

I used up all the damaged toys, ornaments and scraps, spray the insulation foam on a piece of plywood. Working extra fast make a three D collage for a door topper.  I then hung it over the door, placing yard clippings of evergreen around the top.  Stuffed misfit toys in the stocking after I filled the foot with old plastic bags. and topped it with more evergreens.  placed my old red Colombian on the step.  Cheap and easy, and I can store it, and use it in five years and it will be new and fresh again.

hanging there, and I was asked to bring

a few things in to lift the spirit.

Well I thought they looked like Christmas

ball ornaments, and trimmed the tops.

Ferns and Flowers Tea house front door

This is the front door of our shop this Christmas, drivers go by at 40 miles an hour, sometimes 50.  A simple clean look is what is called for. With the sneaky addition of lights to the door swag we add the sparkle.  See on the hing side of the door I send the plug to the garland set of lights, with enough slack to swing the door in with out it unplugging.  It works well, we have hundreds of guest coming in every day during the holidays.
